Hello! I’m Alfie, and I’m 20 years old. I started Retrac Electrical while I was still an apprentice, taking on small jobs for friends and family.
About six months into my apprenticeship, I realized I wanted to start my own business. I knew I could offer exceptional customer service and have a keen attention to detail.
Having worked for both small and large companies, I’ve gained insights into the strengths and weaknesses of each. My mission is to blend the best of both worlds: providing the personalized interaction and care typical of a small business, where every project—big or small—receives our full attention, while also maintaining the professionalism and efficiency of a larger organization.
