AMR Electrical was established in January 2006 where we successfully achieved the criteria to enrol with NICEIC on the Part P domestic installer scheme and electrical safety register. Primarily we provide electrical installation condition reports for homeowners and lettings agents but we also cater for fusebox upgrades/ consumer unit installs, minor additions and alterations, garage and summerhous

e electrical installations, fault-finding, repair and more. All work is carried out to BS:7671 (Requirements for electrical installations) and is covered by our comprehensive public liability and public indemnity insurance.

St Mary’s Island - Initially went to install 2 socket outlets in the garden but during the pre work testing I discovered an issue with the existing socket wiring.

Besides the damaged cable, where a screw had caught it, I also found a poorly crimped connection.

Now all the sockets are safe for use and I eventually got to complete the original work.

CHATHAM - Garage consumer unit replaced and cooker switch installed today.
