We’re pleased to confirm completion of our floor screeding package at Mill Road, a major residential redevelopment within Ilford Town Centre, delivering 239 new homes as part of a wider urban regeneration scheme.

Our scope covered approximately 17,000m² which included:

Ground floors:
ANHYDRITEC Gyvlon Screed Eco installed over polythene DPM, with Cellecta Ltd YELOfon perimeter strip and Kingspan Insulation TF70 & K103.

Upper floors:
Gyvlon FD E2C screed installed with YELOfon perimeter strip and Kingspan TF70 insulation.

We are making solid progress on a job in Cambridge, which involves a development featuring a mix of houses and flats. Our scope of work encompasses an overall area of over 7000m2.

For the houses, we are installing DPM, PIR, and 75mm Fibre-Reinforced sand & cement screed. In the flats, we are implementing YELOfon HD10+, Separating Membrane, and sand & cement screed.

Recent Site Visit - Finchley 🏗️

We recently carried out works at an ongoing project in Finchley, completing over 350m²+ of works across multiple areas.

Our scope of works included:

- Kingspan K103 with sand/cement screed (supplied by Mixamate due to site access constraints) to the basement.
- Flowcrete K-Screed to the apartments.
- Granoscreed to the substation.

We’re now over halfway through our project in Greenwich, where we’re installing over 11,000m² of insulation and screed.

The ground floors feature Unilin Eco360MA and Hanson’s cementitious liquid screed.

On the upper floors, we’re installing Cellecta Yelofon HD5, Unilin XT/PR insulation, and Hanson’s cementitious liquid screed.

We are proud to share the successful delivery of floor screeding and tiling across this development in Charlton:

5800m2+ of floor screeding:
- Ground Floors had Pudlo Waterproofing applied, Kingspan Insulation and sand/cement screed
- Balconies were screeded using Flowcrete Isopol SBR screed
- Upper floors were Jabfloor EPS insulation & Gyvlon Eco Screed

Tiling to 67 apartments:
- CTD Johnson White Tiles to Bathrooms, WCs & Kitchens
- Laticrete waterproofing to wet rooms
- CTD Paleo range to ground floor communal areas

We’re making excellent progress for this residential development in Wimbledon, where we’re delivering works across 7,100m²+ of floor area. In just 4 weeks on site, we’ve already completed nearly 50% of the works, a great start by the team!

Our full scope of works at this site includes:

- Bonded and floating sand/cement screed on the ground floor
