WHY SHOULD BADLY CRACKED RENDER BE REPLACED? 🏠

Badly cracked render doesn’t just look nasty. Cracks can let water get behind the render, which can lead to damp and problems with the brickwork underneath.

If the render is loose, hollow or badly cracked, patching it up may only be a temporary fix. Replacing painted sand and cement render with a through-coloured Monocuche render gives the wall a fresh start. It removes the need for painting, it helps protect it from the weather and, as you can see from the pictures, it makes a big difference to how it looks too! 👌
