All down pipes cleaned as a extra as were up there and checked any gutters too ✅

We’ve been over on the boarders of macc today doin some exterior works and the orangry is next to be done on the list, today we worked on phase 1 which was all the high bits 7 facia boards, 3 apex’s all had a really good sanding and scraping removing as much flakey old paint.
then I applied 2 coats of MSP Satin Black
All down pipes cleaned ✅
Clean & tidy ✅

Re painted and totally re freshed the front door and the surround is gettin finished next week to complete the job

Prepped up ✅
Lite Sand over everything ✅
Applied wood filler to any hair line cracks ✅
Fresh coat of paint over the lot ✅

It Last painted in Aug -2021 and it still looked brand new

Full Exterior - All works now completed ✅ 🏡

We’ve been over in Adswood today working on a full outside job front & back of property ✅

All work was Washed down & cleaned went over the garage door too ✅

Everything got a good sanding then I primed & undercoat x2 lite sanding in between coats
Finishing off with a lite sand & Top coat of satin ✅

Garage & house drains pipes washed with Upvc Cleaner removing all algi and grime and all windows & doors ✅
