The customer wanted a concealed and neat area for bin storage.
Base was laid with timber sleeper edgings, the bin store was then constructed with four separated areas, one of which is lockable for storage.

The roof was felted and the timber was then painted on black barn paint to give it longevity throughout the seasons.

Carrying out refurbishment on a property that we had already done extensive work on previously.

We had all the hand rails / base rails machined on site by ourselves .

All the intricate metal work was removed, shot blasted, powder coated. It was then reinstated by ourselves.

What a big difference!! From rotten to flawless!

The final part of a memorable job. The whole project has been thoroughly thought about and carried out with the clients needs and specification. We are more than happy with the final product.

Bespoke kitchen area. All carcasses built with marine ply from scratch. Solid oak worktops stained with yaught vanishes (multiple coats before installation)

Doors and carcasse material given multiple coats of black external treatment before assembly.

We will always deliver a finsh and spec that the customer had envisioned.

After removing the old timber deck we started again with new frame work and composite decking boards. 🔨
A glass balustrade with brushed steel posts and set in decking lights really finished of this project. ⭐️

We’re starting to finish on this huge project in Essex. The final finishes are starting to happen inside after a complete structural refurbishment.

Over the past months we’ve been transforming this bungalow with a double extension, addition of garage and a completely new second floor.

It’s been a couple of months and this current project is starting to come together. With 3 skylights installed we’re currently waiting for the ridge tiles for it to be finished!
