Following our internal decoration works at Peel Way Care Home alongside United Infrastructure Ltd, we were thrilled to receive this beautiful handmade canvas - a gift from two of the residents.

It's a lovely reminder that the work we do isn't just about the finish on the walls. It's about the people inside the building. Our team took the time to build a genuine rapport with the residents throughout the project - and moments like this make that mean everything.

The canvas now has pride of place under the clock in our office - and we wouldn't have it any other way. 💛

It's not flashy gestures that make an impact. Sometimes it's just showing up, doing great work and treating people with care and respect.

Safety isn’t an extra. It’s an expectation.

Cake, coffee and a whole lot of team spirit! 🍰☕

Recently, the TP Group got the archive room geared up in support of The Tom Bowdidge Youth Cancer Foundation - a brilliant charity providing emotional, practical and financial support to teenagers and young adults with cancer.

We baked, we quizzed, we sweepstaked - and most importantly, we raised money for a cause that really matters.

A huge thank you to everyone who showed up, brought cake and dug deep. Team TPG are the best.

🔥 DID YOU KNOW? “Class 0” doesn’t tell you the whole story when it comes to fire performance.

We’re seeing Class 0 paint appear more and more in specifications and enquiries.

But here’s the important bit…

Class 0 is an older UK fire performance designation, derived from testing under the BS 476 reaction-to-fire standards.

For reaction-to-fire classification, BS EN 13501-1 is now the modern route used within Approved Document B in England, following the removal of the BS 476 national classes in March 2025.

And there’s an important difference.

BS EN 13501-1 provides a broader assessment of reaction to fire, including factors such as:

🔥 Flame spread
🔥 Heat release
💨 Smoke production
💧 Flaming droplets

So, if you see “Class 0” in a specification, don't simply assume that's the requirement you need to meet.

It could be an older specification, legacy terminology, or a requirement that needs further clarification.

The key question is: what fire performance does the project actually require?

Getting the specification and coating system right from the outset is critical - particularly where fire performance is involved.

TP Landscaping is proud to have completed the landscaping at Botanical Place in West Byfleet, delivered for Higgins Partnership.

Over 30 weeks, our team transformed the public realm and two roof terraces - juggling granite and porcelain paving, bespoke planters, water features, mature planting, trees and irrigation, all in one project.

Projects like this show exactly why specialist experience matters on schemes of this scale. Coordinating podium construction alongside features like water elements and mature tree planting demands a level of technical sequencing that goes beyond standard landscaping, and it's exactly the kind of complexity we're set up to handle.

A brilliant project to sink our teeth into, and one Steve Marsh, Jamie Patten and the team are proud to have delivered.

Another successful collaboration across The TP Group divisions, now complete at Monier Road, Hackney Wick.

Working alongside our colleagues at TP Landscaping, our Surfacing & Coatings team delivered a combination of Resin Bound Gravel and Wet Pour Safety Surfacing to help bring this scheme to life.

The Resin Bound Gravel was laid in a warm Butterscotch finish, using SureSet resin. It gives a durable, attractive surface that complements the surrounding landscaping.

Alongside this, Wet Pour Safety Surfacing in Green and Blue, supplied by Conica, provides a safe, vibrant, and long-lasting surface built to withstand daily use.
