Our customer got in touch with us at Keable Construction after welcoming a new four-legged member to the family 🐶! He wanted to redesign his garden to create a more practical, dog-friendly space, with new grass and a pathway leading to his outbuilding at the rear of the garden.

Here’s what we did to bring his vision to life 👇

🔹 Removed the existing flower beds and poor-quality soil.
🔹 Used Morley’s Skip Hire to clear the waste from site.
🔹 Supplied and installed fresh soil, delivered by Longwater Construction.
🔹 Prepared a Type 1 sub-base and laid beautiful Indian sandstone paving to create a pathway to the outbuilding.
🔹 Cut out the existing patio grout and re-grouted the patio to give it a fresh, clean finish.

The result? A more practical, refreshed garden with space for the dog to enjoy, easy access to the outbuilding and a patio brought back to life! 🐾🌱

🌱 From Weed-Ridden to Wonderful! Lawn Transformation in Clacton-on-Sea 🌿

What a difference a day makes! 🤩

the team at Keable Construction transformed a tired, overgrown and weed-ridden lawn in Clacton-on-Sea into a beautiful, fresh green space for the family to enjoy.

The old lawn was full of weeds and coarse, patchy grass, so it was time for a complete fresh start!

💪 Here's how we did it:
✅ Complete Ground Preparation – We thoroughly rotavated the area, removing the old grass, weeds and embedded roots.
✅ Precision Levelling – The ground was carefully raked, levelled and compacted to create a smooth, even base.
✅ Fresh Turf Installation – We laid two full pallets of premium turf in just ONE DAY, giving the garden an instant makeover! 🚜
🌿 We used fresh, high-grade turf supplied by Tolleshunt Turf Farms to give this garden the best possible start.
The result? A vibrant, seamless green lawn that has completely revitalised the outdoor space! 🏡✨

🚨 A QUICK REMINDER FOR ANYONE HAVING WORK DONE AT HOME 🚨

If you’re having work carried out in your garden or around your property, whether it’s landscaping, renovations, construction work or a garden project and the company offers to take away your waste, always double-check that they are registered as a licensed waste carrier.

It’s easy to assume that because they are doing the work for you, they can simply take the waste away. But using someone who isn’t properly registered could mean your waste ends up being fly-tipped, and you could potentially be held responsible.

✅ Ask the contractor who will be taking your waste away.
✅ Check that they have a valid waste carrier’s licence/registration.
✅ Make sure your waste is being disposed of responsibly and legally.
