About Us
Demeter Windings was set up in 1990 by Keith Ward after working in the industry for many years. Keith started his career at Drake Transformers and was involved in the production of some of the first transformers for Marshall Amplification in the 1960’s. Keith still has an active role in the company to this day.
We currently supply many amplifier companies ranging from small companies who produce a few amps a year, boutique amplifier companies and right up to large amplifier companies in this country and abroad. Although amplifier companies are our main area we also supply transformers and windings to other industries.
We would welcome the opportunity to quote for any transformers that you currently use or if you require any new transformer designs or prototypes.
We can help you with the supply of replacement transformers for guitar amps and at a much better price than you would get from other companies who seemingly want to charge the earth for them.
