Lean-to tiled roof completed on a garage conversion

Lead box gutter replaced

Bays were oversized and existing lead was to thin also found lead had been laid on insulation boards.

Stripped out and rebuilt bays to correct size

Installed lead to gutter

Client advised to have roof retiled as currently tiles are bond on bond.
