✨ Goodbye 2025 – What a Year It’s Been! ✨

As the year comes to an end, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on just how much we’ve packed into 2025.

📸 These photos give a glimpse into the year, but behind them are countless boilers repaired, a huge number of boilers and fireplaces installed, and many homes made warmer and more comfortable.

It’s also been a year of growth and learning.
We’ve been on the road attending conferences to better understand sales and marketing funnels, and diving into AI and new technology to see how we can use it to improve the way we run the business and look after our customers.

👨‍🔧 Connor is finishing his final year as an apprentice – an incredible achievement and a real credit to the hard work he’s put in.
💪 Bam is doing brilliantly and settling in as a valued member of the team.
⭐ Joanne, as always, has been an absolute superstar – keeping everything organised and running like clockwork behind the scenes.

And me… I do this for family 😁
When you support a small business, you’re supporting a family.
Your money pays for school shoes, dinners, and keeping the lights on at home – and that support truly means everything to me.

🚀 Looking ahead to 2026
Next year we’ll be launching our online booking system and continuing to develop our internal systems so we can offer even better customer service and an even smoother experience for our customers.
