Big progress on site at Mersea Outdoors
Proposed Storage Unit
The storage unit is now substantially complete, with the structure, external cladding, roof, and internal fit-out finished. The building is fully functional and in use, providing secure and weather-protected storage with adequate internal space and natural daylight to support safe and efficient operation. Final works are limited to the installation of lighting and power, together with a general external tidy-up, prior to handover.
Proposed Staff Amenity Building
The staff amenity building is nearing completion, with the main structure, roof, photovoltaic installation, windows, and external envelope complete. Internal works are well advanced, including first-fix services, insulation, linings, and partitioning. Remaining works are primarily internal finishes and final services connections. Once high level works complete and check scaffolding to be removed then onto the external works, including landscaping and the block-paved areas.
Proposed Go Kart Store
The go-kart store is now nearing completion, with the main structure fully constructed and only minor finishing works outstanding. Once these works are complete, the scaffolding will be removed and the building will be brought into use for the safe and secure storage of the go-karts.
