Water damaged loft converted bathroom recently fixed in Rayleigh .
Customer rang to say they needed a new shower area as theirs had some issues.
After stripping it back to the bare bones, only then were the horrors unearthed. Basically it was rotting from the outside inwards, no air gap was left between the outside and inside walls so it was basically sweating internally and the moisture could not escape other than into the wood.
New studs were erected with cross braces to give the rotten walls their strength back, insulation was thinned down to allow an air gap for circulation, walls were then boarded and aqua panels installed. The old tray and enclosure were reused to save a few pounds, new shower, vanity basin and vanity wc were then fitted.
Happy customers all around as they are no longer fighting over the other bathroom in the mornings before work.

Leaking shower area in South Woodham recently fixed.
To save time and major disruption to their busy house, the customer opted for Aqua panels to be installed along with a new shower, tray and enclosure.
A very cost effective solution instead of opting for retiling the area.

Shower room/en-suite recently completed in South Woodham.
Due to the size of the room/area, there was not much that could be changed to the layout, however the whole area including the walls and floor had to be ripped out due to substantial water damage throughout the years.
Once this was sorted, new tray, lighting, the walls were reboarded and plastered (thanks Luke @ Hipgrave Plastering). New led lighting, extractor fan installed. The shower area was retiled, substantial modifications to the vanity unit over the stairwell to get it to fit complete the look.

Another bathroom refurb recently completed in South Woodham. This one was very much a like for like swap due to space restrictions, the ceiling was plastered flat ( thanks Luke @ Hipgrave Plastering) , led down lights installed. However to create an area for their growing children to shower an L-bath was installed with lovely Mira shower featuring an overhead rose. Vanity basin, new wc and tiling complete a subtle yet very effective transformation.
