Most of all thank you for your patience. This year, simply put, has been BUSY and we are greatful, as a mostly 2 man operation (with additional help from Alfie every now and then). It’s not always easy being on the tools, at the quote appointments, generating the certificates, being on the end of the phone, doing the invoicing, ordering the materials, producing the quotes, being the accountant etc etc etc (self employed problems, boo-hoo 🤷🏼♂️ ).
Fortunately for us the vast majority of our customer base are brilliant, kind, patient and understanding of us being busy and appreciate the workmanship, trustworthiness and friendliness we arrive with, and so once again,
