I’m not a big roofing company. And I don’t want to pretend I am.
L&G Roofing & Externals is a one man business.
When you contact me, you’re dealing with the person who actually turns up, looks at your roof, talks you through what needs doing, gives you the price and carries out the work.
I don’t have a huge office, a sales team or dozens of vans driving around Essex.
For a long time, I thought that was something I needed to hide.
I thought customers would naturally feel more confident choosing a company with a big website, loads of services, lots of staff and a fleet of vans.
So I’ve put a lot of time into making L&G look bigger than it actually is.
But the more I think about it, the more I realise being a one man business is actually one of my biggest advantages.
You’re not dealing with a salesman who has never seen your roof.
You’re not waiting for someone from the office to get back to you.
You deal directly with the person doing the work.
I’ve got years of experience and I can take on a wide range of roofing and external work, but most importantly, I care about doing the job properly.
If your roof needs repairing, replacing, maintaining or simply checking over, I’ll give you an honest assessment.
And if I think your roof is fine, I’ll tell you that too.
