Customer called up last week regarding their dry verge system,

In this case the roofers who originally fitted the roofs back in 2020 fitted a left side and right side dry verge system which they discontinued, so couldn’t get a replacement verge cap,

I was asked to fit a new system for them no problem at all 📈😎

Customer called up last week regarding their roof above the bay window,

In this case the high winds and heavy rainfall last week caused the roof to come away from the building,

We later discovered why it had come away and that was caused because the company who built the houses only (NAILED) the timber frame to the wall,

We stripped the tiles off removed lead flashing & cladding positioned the frame back to its original place with new concrete wall screws,

New lead flashing and rendered where had been damaged due to removing old lead,

Customer wanted to paint in their own time 🙂

She then later discovered after call US the bath could go the other way,

We installed new bath/shower panels,

New standard size bath with a new mixer tap,

New wall cabinet with demister & sensor’s lights & clock 😎
