Portable Appliance Testing Technician (PAT Technician)
Location: Across South Wales
Pat South Wales Limited is an electrical company that specialises in Portable Appliance Testing. We travel to businesses and organisations around England and Wales to ensure they are compliant with Health and Safety regulations.
We are looking for new team members to conduct high quality PAT inspections at a variety of sites.
No previous experience or qualifications are required for this position. We will provide you with all the necessary training to identify and perform tests at our standard of professionalism. This position would be perfect for those interested in starting a career in the electrical industry.
With over 20 years of experience in this industry, we conduct our services in a variety of organisations such as schools, hospitals, hotels and offices.
At the end of each day you will be required to transfer the recorded data to us using an electronic device, provided to you by the company in exchange of a fully refundable deposit.
As a PAT Technician you will be responsible for:
Carrying out PAT testing on a range of devices
Dealing with clients with confidence and professionalism
Ensuring all items onsite have been tested appropriately
Transfering test data electronically using a provided device
