Hi everyone, I’m Rory, Co-Director of Rockford Property Group, a family-run property investment business I run alongside my partner, Helen. I also work in property maintenance and security.
I began my career in South Africa as a temporary call-centre worker and worked my way into management. I eventually helped manage a security control centre handling alarms, CCTV and emergency call-outs.
In 2015, I moved to the UK. Since then, I’ve worked across customer service, mobile sales, vehicle rental, construction and site management at Mercedes-Benz. These roles taught me how to manage teams, improve processes, train staff and take responsibility for day-to-day operations.
Over time, I brought those skills together with hands-on experience in locksmithing, security and property maintenance.
