What a huge transformation on our current project. The 4 month mark is approaching out of the 6

On target, on schedule and the outcome is going to be amazing.

The epic rear extension has been built with the roof covering being installed last week along with first fix electrics and plumbing.

Huge works has commenced towards the landscaping element of this project with a sunken patio area being retained with 2x more retaining walls to be built for our outline template.

Corner window along with skylights, Bifolds and side door are scheduled to be installed next week with internal work to be continued. UFH along with screed to then boarding and plastering throughout.

We can’t wait to show you the progress towards completion. This is a project and the outcome will be amazing!

We kicked off our new project 5 weeks ago in and the progress has been phenomenal.

Over 400 tonnes of dirt/hardcore excavated and disposed of along with a huge retaining wall to retain all existing land and road to the side of the property.

2x foundations have been poured and levelled out with internal and external walls built all ready for the beam and block floor installation ⭐️

As always fantastic effort from the team. Onwards and upwards, quite literally 😎🙌

Countdown to completion 🤩 what a great project this has been. We’re almost at the finish line, with phase 1 & 2 almost complete, Phase 3 the lift of the driveway is under way and going to schedule

The finish line is in sight. Especially in the weather we’ve had lately which has been a constant battle! We’ve managed to persevere with the project with the steels being installed and the roof constructed to then being covered. Also the Dyno fencing being put together along with the new main drainage run, Granite sets have been placed along side the boundary of the property in readiness for the 90sqm of porcelain patio area. We’re hoping for good weather next week so we can get it down! Let’s hope the weather forecast for next week is good to us 🤞

As 2025 is coming to an end we can’t forget the great times we’ve had - 12 pictures of the 12 months of 2025.

What an absolute blast we’ve had this year with all the projects, clients and contacts. It’s been a great year in not only driving the business forward, but producing some great work along the way.

What’s the highlight for me this year? The ‘work ethic’ of the boys. We have had some long hard days in the summer months and battling the weather during the winter months, whatever the situation they would always turn up and always put the shift in in which I’m extremely proud of. Not only work ethic but the good fun we all have as a team.

It’s been a great year for Summerlin Builders, a lot of memories, a lot of great times and a lot of baguettes bought 😂

We go again in 2026 which is looking very busy. ⭐️

Happy new year to all of our client base, contacts, friends and family. ⭐️

Well that’s a wrap from us, last Friday we finished works until the new year.

Main sewer line changed
External and Internal walls built
Beam and block floor installed

Landscaping Phase2 of the project started

The plan is to get the 5 Steels in and the roof constructed and made watertight as soon as possible - followed by getting the extension finished off to a plaster and screeded finish followed by 100SQM porcelain side+rear.

I hope the lads have a good rest in what has been a very busy and highly productive year.

St Lennords - stunning European hardwood doors and windows installed to a very high quality followed by a new 100sqm porcelain floor covered throughout the new extension, hall way and new ground floor bathroom.

Bespoke kitchen set to be delivered and fitted next week. We can’t wait to get the final pictures 😁

We started this project two weeks ago with great progress through the horrible weather. We’re planning on getting up to DPC and installing the beam and block floor by the end of next week with also replacing the main sewage line which has already being excavated and prepped ready for the change over - mucky business. On track and as always, Very happy with the workmanship from the team.
