We are thrilled to announce our MD's appointment as a Brand Ambassador for HBBA Global and The Launch of our new innovative, smart habitable buildings developed with our Hungarian, EU member partners.

This exciting partnership, under the leadership of CEO Susanna Toth Lee, perfectly aligns with our mission at Ecowelle to champion sustainable AND affordable building solutions for a sustainable tomorrow.

Representing Ecowelle at the vibrant HBBA Global 4th Anniversary event at the Hungarian Embassy in London was an honor. Alongside our New Director, Frusciante, and Immigration Consultant, Mian Roman Tabassum, we celebrated HBBA Global's impressive growth across five countries, HBBA GLOBAL, HBBA Denmark, HBBA Hungary, HBBA UAE and HBBA Canada.

During the event, I had the privilege of presenting our innovative Eco Panel Homes – a testament to our R&D in Modern Construction Methods. These smart, modular homes are designed for challenging urban sites and represent a significant step towards energy-efficient, accessible housing.

The evening featured insightful panel discussions on critical topics like "Adaptability & Resilience in a Changing Geopolitical Landscape" and "AI, Innovation & the Power of Community." The panels included talented professionals from across the globe with experienced and creative moderators.

We were honored by the presence of H.E. Ferenc Kumin, The Ambassador of Hungary to the UK, and Trade and Investment Commissioner Judit Czako, who graced us with their support.

This brand ambassadorship marks a new chapter, enabling us to leverage HBBA Global's extensive network to promote sustainable and efficient building solutions worldwide.

Over the past three years, Ecowelle has invested significant time in research and development to create an innovative, smart, and highly practical building solution designed specifically for urban environments and locations where manoeuvrability and site access can be challenging.

We are proud to announce that Team Ecowelle has successfully delivered our first model home in the UK, designed for both residential and semi-commercial use. This pilot project allows us to demonstrate the efficiency of our system while offering property owners an affordable way to create valuable additional space within their existing buildings.

Our solution uses the Modern Method of Construction (MMC), featuring precision-engineered, off-site manufactured panel systems. These lightweight structural panels are designed to be handled manually on site, eliminating the need for heavy lifting equipment such as cranes. The panels are then assembled by experienced, multi-skilled operatives, enabling faster, safer, and more flexible construction even in difficult-to-access locations.

Each panel is carefully designed with high-performance weatherproof membranes, 15 cm of insulation, and OSB structural boards. The system has been assessed through energy modelling and meets current UK building regulations for heat loss and thermal performance.

This modern construction method provides several advantages, including:

- Zero-waste construction approach

- Rapid build times

- Flexible and exclusive architectural designs

- Customised floor plans tailored to client requirements

What a fantastic way to wrap up the shortest month of the year!

, led by Zackria Choudhry was delighted to attend the United Kingdom Big Prosperity Shared Fund (UKPSF) Big Growth Innovation Showcase & Business Networking Event at London South Bank University – Croydon Campus.

We’re incredibly grateful to LSBU for supporting Ecowelle through energy modelling for our newly designed and developed Eco Panel Home, delivered under the UKPSF Big Growth scheme in collaboration with the School of Engineering and Design, LSBU. Their expertise has played a key role in strengthening the performance and sustainability of our innovation.

At the showcase, our team proudly presented our latest product line of modular buildings for residential and semi-commercial use. It was a pleasure engaging with visitors, sharing insights about our smart construction solutions including the new innovations, and highlighting how we’re driving sustainability, energy efficiency, and affordability in modern building design.
