This one has been a while in the making... but it's definitely worth the wait!

Cortec Bespoke, a contractor based in Surrey, embarked on a renovation project to restore and enhance a traditional rural home, aiming to blend classic architectural charm with modern functionality while maintaining the integrity of the building’s aesthetic.

Several solid oak trusses were featured throughout the home, making the vaulted ceilings in the bedroom and dressing areas a real feature. Oak beam cladding was used to conceal structural steelwork all through the ground floor of the property, tying in with the existing structural oak beams and adding warmth to the living spaces.
