So we did and to be fair the pigeons just disappeared also from the neighbouring properties😱🤷🤣🤣🤣

The original job was to do moss removal on the properties roof which is where we come across the failed mortar on the ridges of the property once cleaned off. By Cleaning all moss from the property roof it was clear there was some repair work to be carried out 😁👍.
Now's the time to have these types of work carried out to stop potential costly leaks come winter👌✔️

Some works carried out on tydden street church in mold its been closed to the parish for the last 2 years while under going a refurb which had come to a stop due to the leaks from the roof🤦.
All gable ends had water ingress behind the lead flashings and multiple slates to change a few ridges needing to be changed and a few other bits to make water tight😁👍🙏

Strip back on the front of property today of gutters and decorative wooden fascia that was past it's best😞.
New fascia and gutters installed.
And the plasterd soffit filled sanded and a fresh lick of paint .
Front of the property looks so different and has a fresh new look😁👍🫶
