Urban Facades is a leading manufacturer of Aluminium Windows, Doors & Curtain Walling – predominantly working on large commercial projects and installations.

We have an immediate need for a Trainee Fabricator – someone who is eager to learn and develop a trade and career for themselves.

Whilst you will be starting at the bottom, there is no limit to what you can achieve in this role. For the right person, this is a fantastic opportunity to learn a trade and work your way up to becoming a fully-fledged Fabricator.

Would be ideal for a school / college leaver or someone young looking to develop a new career path.

𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀

• Hourly rate – Minimum wage - £8.60 – £11.50 dependent on age and experience
• Fantastic team and working environment
• Plenty of opportunity to develop your skillset and progress. The right person will have the opportunity to work their way to becoming a fully-fledged fabricator for us.

• No experience necessary, but some experience of working life would be advantageous
• Must be willing and eager to learn
• Confident, reliable team player.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Carrying out fabrication of Aluminium Windows, Doors and Curtain walling in conjunction with works orders and system manuals.
• Working independently as well as part of a team
• Ensuring a commitment to quality at all stages of the project including quality checking of materials.
• Working in line with the company Health and Safety procedures to ensure your own safety and the safety of those around you
• Ensuring all site delivery and programme dates are achieved on time and in full
