What was meant to be a reskim job, turned out to be a rip down after noticing the ceiling sagging badly. Ceiling was dabbed onto another painted plasterboard ceiling with about 10 screws, not even in the joists 😬 even the wiring ran between the 2 boards.

Wiring re-ran into the void, ceiling re-boarded properly, fully plastered ✔️ ready for kitchen to be installed
