Due to the bad weather forecast today, the team will be using the time to catch up on quotes and enquiries.

Finally got round to posting the finished article of this huge project! 👌🏠

The old, tired timber had definitely seen better days, and the customer decided it was time for a complete change. Out with the old brown and in with a fresh, modern anthracite grey finish — and what a transformation it’s made! 🔥

🔨 Full removal of the existing timber
🔨 New anthracite grey uPVC fascia & soffits
🔨 New black Ogee-style guttering
🔨 New Manthorpe Linear SmartVerge system fitted throughout
🔨 Complete transformation of 5 dormers
🔨 Over 80 metres of fascia, soffit & guttering replaced

A massive amount of work went into this one, but the finished result speaks for itself. The anthracite grey has completely modernised the property and the new SmartVerge system finishes everything off perfectly.

Recent job completed in Walton, Chesterfield.

The customer wanted to get rid of the old cast-iron guttering and downpipes, which had deteriorated badly and were falling apart in several places — creating a potential danger to anyone walking underneath.

We fully removed the old cast iron and replaced it with new black round uPVC guttering and downpipes, fitted to both the upper and lower levels of the property.

A much safer, cleaner and smarter finish — and no more worrying about pieces of old cast iron coming loose! 👌
