Good morning, just to make all our costumers aware as of 1st April 2026 we will have a few changes in prices.
We’ve tried for as long as we can to not have to increase prices but due to cost of everything going up we have no choice.

Our new prices are as follows:
🔧 £70 for an annual boiler service. we will no longer be offering a standard or premium option, it will just be a set £70 and they will clean the filters and check your radiators if needed.
🔧 Landlord service is still £90
🔧 Our hourly rate for labour is also still £60
🔧 For any extra gas appliances to be serviced when doing your boiler eg. Fires,HWC it’s an extra £30

Good evening, we just want to remind everyone what a busy time of year this is for us and we are trying our best to get round everyone before the festive period.
We are aware we are behind on annual boiler services but rest assured we are making our way through the list of people.

Brilliant day for our youngest team U7s at Bolsover FC tournament. They played well and got all the way to the final. Unfortunately they lost 2-1. Runners up is a great effort. Well done boys.

That’s us out of office for a few days (hopefully 2 weeks!)
We would just like to say a huge thankyou to all of our costumers old and new for supporting us in the last 5 months. It’s been our biggest pleasure taking over pro plumb.
Also to friends and family that have supported us along the way we are forever grateful!
Many of our costumers will have seen that Tom has also took the plunge and gone self employed recently and is now back working alongside Luke, I know I can speak for Luke in saying it’s been a pleasure to have him back doing plumbing.

We have now finished for Christmas until 6th January. We will still be answering the phone throughout Christmas and new year and Luke will be doing emergency call outs if needed. Please bare with us as we have 2 small children at home over the festive period.

We hope everyone has a lovely Christmas and we shall see you all in the new year! We’re off to spend some quality time with the kids 🎄🎁

Good morning! We would just like to make people aware due to the time of year and weather conditions we’ve had we are running behind on boiler servicing due to the amount of repairs needed. If your boiler service is due please don’t worry we haven’t forgot. If you would like to phone or email us to make your appointment that is absolutely fine ☺️
Please be aware we are now fully booked up untill Christmas, our next available slots for boiler servicing is January.
We would just like to say a big thank you to everyone who has been patient with us when swapping appointments round to fit in emergency repairs that we’ve been out to do over the last month. We are trying our best to fit everybody in especially this time of year ❄️

Good afternoon, we would just like to remind people we do not offer an out of hours emergency service. We are happy to help with any repairs/emergencies within our working hours which are Monday to Friday 9-5pm

Many of you may have used Pro Plumb for a number of years and are aware the company used to have 3-4 plumbers, currently we are just running on one plumber which is Luke so there is only so much we can juggle at present.

If you have any queries please give us a call, if we don’t answer straight away leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as we can. We are a family business working around 2 small children so please bear with us!
