Astra j various problems diagnostics carried out fault located to body control module caused by condensation from heater unit fits directly underneath heater unit
Source second hand replacement and clone unit refit and test all works cheaper then replacing with new unit

Located fault to AC pressure solonoid and Replace damaged loom
