What a washout start to 2026 we have had & apologies for the social media silence.

We have been extremely busy here at Lords Roofing & Sons LTD with all of our amazing team working tirelessly through horrendous weather conditions to make sure that we keep giving 110% to all of our loyal & new customers.

For the 8th year running & despite being fully booked again this winter Liam has decided yet again that he will offer FREE CHRISTMAS REPAIRS this year.

Thursday the 18th & Friday the 19th of December, we will get as many members of our workforce to work alongside Liam & help as many people of Chesterfield as we possibly can.
These slots will be for people who have small roofing repairs only.
We will cover the cost of all labour & materials. We just ask each customer to put a donation that they can comfortably afford in a sealed envelope which can then be given straight to charity.
Last year the donations were split equally between Ashgate Hospice and Sheffield Children's Hospital NHS and Charity.
To get your name or put someone else’s name forward then please message us on Facebook with an address & a brief description of the issue.
We unfortunately cannot get back to everyone but if you are successful then you will be informed on Friday the 12th🎄❤️

We are now entering our busiest time of year with the weather changing & people heading into their lofts to bring the Christmas trees & decorations down only to realise they have roof problems.

Not the usual happy social media post from us unfortunately but enough is enough. We are experiencing calls on a WEEKLY basis from the people of Chesterfield & surrounding areas who have sadly paid thousands & thousands of pounds to ‘roofers’ who have knocked on their door & said that they need urgent work doing.
Once on the roof, the snowball starts & the amount keeps getting higher & higher.
Please share this to your friends & family, our office is ALWAYS open for honest advice & please everyone keep an eye on your friends, family & neighbours.
If you spot ‘roofers or any tradesmen’ knocking on your street then please just be extra vigilant.
We always recommend looking on Derbyshire Times Trusted Trader website to find honest reliable local tradespeople who I am sure like us would be more than happy to help or give a second opinion.

Good morning

Although we have been quiet on social media lately, we have all been super busy working behind the scenes.

Here are pictures of one of our biggest transformations to date.
On arrival we discovered that the customers previous flat roof had unfortunately collapsed.
The team worked exceptionally hard to rebuild & install a new ultraflex flat roof system & don’t you agree that it looks fantastic.

Happy New Year to our customers old & new.

We hope you have all had a wonderful Christmas & are now ready for 2025.
Our charity repair days completed just before Christmas were a huge success & the money raised is going to Ashgate Hospice & Sheffield Childrens Hospital.

A huge thank you to everyone for the continued support in our family run business, we are super grateful.
