What can we say, thank you for a great start to the year already broke some records and we have been busy making sure customer orders are dispatched on time,
We have introduced some order automations so now we can focus on getting orders out the same day where possible
What have we been up to?
Automated order management - once we start your order you will receive a tracking link as well as invoice so you can track your order before it’s even left our warehouse.
Live Stock levels - our retail webstore will show live stock inventory, if we show low stock don’t worry give us a call we can override the system and get your product in within a couple of days.
Orders placed before 10:45 will be dispatched same day where possible with an average of 3 days for delivery
Environmentally friendly as we do not use paper all our order information and invoices are sent digitally when we start to process your order.
We are proud of our improvements and hope these changes and improvements reflect on our customers feedback.
