Small 2 week project at Mapperley completed today. Property was fitted out for purpose however moved next door, the scope was to “turn it back to a white box” property now ready for rent again.

Good work from everyone involved.

New job started this week, we are working with the main contractor to replace train jacks on one road at this depot, the old ones are end of life and due an upgrade. We also have four external lighting columns providing high level lighting for walkways.

Peak Evolution are assisting with the electrical infrastructure, we will be providing design, installation and sign off.

Preparation for our 4th assessment with the NIC tomorrow, fortunately we have plenty of jobs to show them!

Bespoke windows built and installed at Clay Cross!

Due to this project being in a conservation area we were subject to keeping the windows wooden, we have hand built 13 windows 6 sliding sash and 7 casement to keep the project in line to achieve sign off by building control.

New my energi EV charger installed, one of the more complex jobs where we extended the customers WIFI to the garage, this charger also works in hand with the previously installed solar system.

Warehouse electrical install, this area had been used to expand on a particular internal process.

Peak Evolution has installed new task lighting, containment, cat6a data cabling and power sockets for this new work station phase one completed.

Design works now commence on phase 2.

Some good progress over at Loughborough Hospital, we have been awarded LED lighting swap and decoration to the urgent treatment rooms.

These are the first two rooms handed back, another 20 to go!
