This position is physically demanding and outside all year round.

The successful candidate will be expected to carry out lifting, heavy digging, carrying blocks, moving sand, sub-base materials and mixing cement.

You will be expected to work in a timely manner and on your own initiative.

You must be able to get to and from our works pickup point.

This position is initially on a 3 month trial period.

A full driving licence is preferred.

Going into my 25th year trading as Propave. 20yrs as a limited company.here are a few jobs completed over the last few months. Over the last 18 years natural stone was the the main stay of patio construction. Now Porcelain is the go to paving for most new patios , easy clean and clinical finish .with some great colours and designs out there

A full and complete garden and patio refurbishment completed this week on barlborough links New pagoda, new stone built retaining walls, raised stone built planters , new land drains, & surface water drainage , all paved areas finished in anthracite 90x 60 porcelain outdoor paving slabs.
Edged with ebony cobbles,Finished off with a freshly turfed lawn

We’ve been quite busy last couple of months, with various driveways and patios completed starting with barlborough
Brand new patio laid in
- ripon buff sandstone with midnight blue cobble edging, and a newly paved courtyard in sorrento granite stone block paving . Following on to Eckington and one of the oldest properties there built in
1654.
280m2 Fully excavated and re paved in buff tumbled natural stone cobbles , using Romex d1
Jointing system.
also completed at the same time in Eckington small blick paved driveway and new retaining wall
Built in darlstone grey walling stone , and Premia 60 granite stone block paving
Then returning back to barlborough,and completed yesterday a driveway extension and front garden refurbishment.
Driveway laid with modena granite stone paving , with a buff como border and circle detail, including 9 hard wired stainless steel driveway lights .
Also installed by us fully galvanized and rubber coated , wrought iron railings

Not posted for a while as we are extremely busy , This is a job completed today which was started end of June (other jobs completed during this job also)
New house with extremely slopping lawn and the usual builders patio . After excavating 80+ tons of earth and rock (all taken out by wheel barrow ) to accommodate a 6 x 4 m summer house. We then built a retaining wall with planters and steps all including led wall lights , and a decking area in Millboard composite deck board probably the best decking board on the market at the moment. And to complement it all a 65m2 porcelain patio with inconspicuous slot drain installed next to the wall.and porcelain footpaths, incorporating a midnight blue cobble edge newly turfed lawn
