Really pleased with how this one turned out.

A full fitted bedroom finished this week, including a bank of wardrobes, a built-in dressing table and a window seat with drawer storage.

The fluted details and simple painted finish give it a really clean, timeless look, while making the most of the space available.

Everything is made to measure, built specifically for the room and finished on site for that seamless fitted look.

Another bespoke fitted furniture project completed by Sam Kirby Joinery. All made in our Sidlesham Workshop, and fitted in a lovely property in Surrey.

A full wall of handmade wardrobes paired with a matching dressing table and mirror setup, all designed to maximise storage while keeping a clean, elegant look throughout the room.

Finished in a timeless painted shaker style with feature textured panels for a more contemporary feel. Every piece is handmade to suit the space perfectly.

Another beautiful handmade kitchen install completed by Sam Kirby Joinery 🔨✨

This bespoke in-frame kitchen was designed, manufactured and installed to create a clean, timeless look while maximising storage along the full wall. The soft sage green cabinetry paired with warm brass hardware and reeded glass dresser units gives the space a classic feel with a modern edge.

Every detail is made to measure — from the tall pantry cupboards to the integrated drawers and dresser section — all handcrafted to suit the space perfectly.

Thinking about updating your kitchen but not sure whether to wrap it or change the doors? Here’s a quick breakdown 👇

🔹 Kitchen Wrapping
Wrapping involves applying a vinyl film over your existing doors.
It’s a quicker and cheaper option and can give a short-term refresh, but it does come with downsides. Wrapping can peel or bubble over time, isn’t very heat resistant (especially around ovens and kettles), and doesn’t improve the quality of the doors underneath.

🔹 Changing Kitchen Doors
Replacing the doors means fitting brand new, made-to-measure doors onto your existing kitchen units. This gives you a much higher quality finish, better durability, and far more choice in styles, colours and materials. It also adds real value and lasts significantly longer.

In short:
👉 Wrapping changes the look
👉 New doors change the kitchen

If you’re looking for a long-term upgrade without the disruption of a full new kitchen, replacing the doors is often the better investment.
