One of a kind 🖤

Bespoke lean-to Oceanic 7-man sauna, finished throughout in satin black.
Black composite cladding, foam flooring, black concrete base and EPDM rubber roof with matching black trims, fascias, soffits and guttering.
Full glass front, therma-rated timber sides and interior with full batten detailing throughout. Low and high benches, industrial heater with rocks, essence shelf for aromas, bespoke towel rack and black hooks for gowns.
Spotlights, LEDs and downlights inside and out so it looks just as good after dark.
Outdoor shower completed too.
Sea for the cold plunge.
Sauna for the heat.
Outdoor shower when you’re all done.

Another one in the books ✅
New roof installed over this outdoor gym area for a client in Hampshire.
4x2 wall plates & framework with hangers, plenty of angles to work with, 18mm OSB board, full EPDM rubber roof system, and finished with black fascias & guttering.
All completed in just two days 💪

Enough is enough 😤

Customer paid £27,500…
Builder did a footing + some wonky blockwork (that has to come down anyway)…
Then vanished.
Everything except the concrete foundation now needs ripping out and starting again.
Surely there’s a better way to vet builders and protect people’s money? Let’s work together a build something. It makes it harder for people like myself who take pride in every job and are genuinely providing a good service.

A full bespoke brick BBQ area with a stunning timber-framed pergola that’s built to last.
Key features:
• ✅ Fully bespoke brick BBQ built by our patner on this JSA Bricklaying with plenty of storage & prep space
• ✅ 150mm post frame with timber skirting to cover the feet
• ✅ 25x50mm treated batten screened roof
• ✅ Flat EPDM roof with two flush-fitting skylights for beautiful natural light
• ✅ Black fascias, soffits & guttering for that clean modern finish
• ✅ Full re-pointing of the existing block pavers
Just the electrics left to finish (shout out to JM Electrical Southern for the lights either side of the BBQ and the pendant in the seating area). We’ll be back next week with the evening shots once it’s all lit up! ✨

Happy Easter 🐣
Extension Gainsborough complete ✅

We’re absolutely delighted to share the finished exterior of this 7m x 3m timber-framed extension in Selsey.
Designed and built to maximise light and space, the new addition features beautiful sage-green horizontal cladding, crisp white uPVC windows and doors, a flat roof with a large roof light, and a generous paved patio area ready for those sunny coastal days. Every detail has been finished to the highest standard, from the clean timber framing to the perfect integration with the existing house.
A huge thank you to the homeowners for trusting us with the project — it’s been a pleasure to deliver this one.
We’ll be posting the full interior reveal in the near future once everything inside is completely finished and styled — we want it perfect before we show you! Stay tuned.
