Well, it finally happened….😢 one of our Swift Electrical vans was broken into last night and all of our engineers power tools and batteries were stolen….Every single power tool is gone so they now can’t work until they are replaced.

We have contacted the police and reported this but can’t imagine they have the resources to respond to every incident like this and obtain the tools back….

We are extremely frustrated that there is still a second hand market for tools like this, because if there wasn’t then the people stealing livelihoods wouldn’t be able to shift them.

It’s obvious that the people responsible for doing things like this need the tools more than us and the money is of the utmost importance. Well, we hope you enjoy them, and please don’t sell them for less than what they are worth. You have around £2,000 - £3,000 worth of tools there, and to know you sold it all for a few hundred quid would be rubbing salt into a very big wound right now.

If anyone knows of any tools being sold on the cheap, we are all ears. One of our engineers could do with a few right now……….

Decent size domestic board change complete with a double stack board and another single board for off peak heating. We managed to get the heating contractors installed into the board with spare space for future capacity too.

Installed a new dedicated toothbrush charger as a replacement for a shaver point for a customer this morning. A much cleaner look and feel.

Outside lights anyone? Good day today installing 40 meters of trench, 1st fix armoured cabling, posts for quake boxes and back filled the trench.

Ready for 2nd fix tomorrow and test.

All work complete under for the customer. If you are interested in something similar, bigger or smaller, get in touch.

Double stacker install anyone? This project rewire / new install is progressing nicely!

Don’t forget, it’s not just fuseboards we install. Any electrical work is within our remit. Commercial and industrial as well domestic is right up our street. ⚡️
