We also replaced all radiators throughout the property. All pipework was altered under the floors. Column radiators downstairs and compact radiators upstairs. Hot water cylinder removed and all pipes reconnected under the floor to make maximum space for storage. Also replaced the kitchen tap. Another good size job completed and another happy client 😃

Here’s the en-suite. We added a toilet as there wasn’t one previously. Also we replaced all the flooring and wall base plates due to a previous leak which had rotted the flooring and timbers.

Here’s another job finished this week. Full shower room installed removing the bath for a quadrant shower. All pipes chased into the walls so no need for any boxing in. Shower waste pipe was chased into the floor so the shower tray could be installed straight onto the solid floor. We removed the old cold water tank, hot water cylinder and shower pump. Then installed a new unvented cylinder to improve water flow and pressure plus less future maintenance. New kitchen sink installed with water filter and boiling hot water tap, plus an outside dog shower. Plastering and tiling were completed by another company on this job.

It’s been a busy week. Here’s a bathroom we finished this week. What a great transformation by installing a 1000 x 900mm quadrant shower as well as having a bath. Really pleased with the end result!
