Another day of visiting projects, this time in Southsea. The property is a Victorian terrace and we removed a rear conservatory and side lean-to area and created a larger ground floor footprint with a beautifully light and airy open plan kitchen and living room space. The living room opens up to a beautifully curated garden, which was created by the client and the result is stunning.

All too often, we get carried away with 'doing' and rarely take a moment to stop and reflect on the outcome. I have taken time this afternoon to visit clients who carried out their build during the Pandemic. The finished project is stunning, now almost 18 months complete and very much the 'wow factor' we planned together.

It's been an incredibly busy start to 2016 but I mustn't grumble. The work is interesting, varied and I'm meeting many, many lovely people along the way.

Another successful planning application, with Eastleigh Borough Council. This is a first for me with this Local Authority so very pleased. Awaiting a decision from Mole Valley tomorrow, fingers crossed!

Two more planning approvals this week from Mole Valley District Council, and another 3 progressing nicely!
Been on a course on Renewable Energy today at Highbury College and would thoroughly recommend it to those who are interested in all things sustainable.

Another new enquiry this morning.....a record number for me this week. Long may it continue. It is lovely having such varied projects; a barn conversion, a bungalow extension, house extension and technical drawings for a cottage.

Also......I'm on a roll with Planning application submissions, 3 made last week, Chichester District, Crawleyand Eastleigh Borough Councils and one submitted today, Mole Valley District Council. :)
