Hello Sarah The Tiler fans, friends and loyal followers!

This just a little reminder that I’m still here! Yes - same Sarah but with a new business hat on (still a hard hat though) 👷🏼‍♀️!

🌟 *Time to Lay Down the Trowel* 🌟

After 17 incredible years, it’s time to say goodbye to Sarah The Tiler. It’s hard to put into words how much this chapter of my life has meant to me. From transforming kitchens and bathrooms into something special, to working with wonderful clients who trusted me with their homes – it’s been an amazing journey.

But life evolves, and so do we. In 2021, I took a leap into something new and started my training to become a Residential Building Surveyor. After years of juggling study, tiling, and life, I earned my Associate membership to The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Chartered Association of Building Engineers:

Fast forward to 2024, and alongside my brilliant business partner Rebecca Jenkins MSc MRICS, we’ve launched Chichester Surveyors Ltd – a company that combines our love for property with a client-focused approach to surveying.
