🏫 Summer School Improvements in Full Swing!
The school summer holidays may be a quieter time for pupils, but they’re certainly not quiet for the Chigwell Construction team!
We’re currently delivering two major school improvement projects, with both programmes carefully planned to be completed within the tight summer holiday period.
📍 Bumurshe School, Reading
Works across the entire school include new windows, MEP replacements and associated decoration, delivering a significant upgrade to the building.
📍 Raynham Primary School, Edmonton
Our team is carrying out window replacements, timber surround replacements, repointing to the façade and associated decoration.
As the photos show, these are substantial programmes of work with a lot to achieve before pupils and staff return.
Careful preparation, close control of the programme and excellent coordination between our teams are helping us keep both projects firmly on track.
Working during the summer holidays allows us to undertake these major improvements while minimising disruption to the schools — but it also means every day counts.
Great progress so far, and we look forward to seeing both projects completed and ready for the start of the new school year. 👏
