Just a few fails from a customer I have done every year past 6 years, always has fails from the abuse his staff gives theses items. Also the staff are bringing in there own extension leads hence some corrodedplugs inside. Replaced about 15 of them. Staff got letters from there MD not to bring in there own appliances.

Opened up this plug today the blue wire wire a cut in it was laying on top of the copper inners if the brown wire which had the sleeve cut back to entrance of the plug. This was on a blower in a warehouse environment.

Last school done 5 of 5 in the 6 weeks holiday. Thank god for that. 1226 items for this school.

Second school summer holiday's, a few of the tests and fails also microwave emissions tests. They had a company in already in the last few months (done 900 plus items in 4 hours) but was not happy and asked them to leave and then called me in and these are the fails that I found.
