Allied Surveyors & Valuers Ltd are looking for a Chartered General Practice or Building Surveyor to cover Swindon and the surrounding region on a consultancy basis. Part time option considered.

Requirements (i.e. relevant skills and experience)
• MRICS Membership
• Driving licence
• In addition to Level 2 Reports, the ideal candidate would have experience in a breadth of valuation types.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Carrying out inspections and submitting Level 2 Reports, and Mortgage Valuation reports for a variety of Banks/Lenders.

This exciting position offers the successful candidate a generous consultancy package with flexible working hours and managing their own diary.
