Glendale is Hiring – Regional Director, East

Are you an experienced leader with a strong commercial background and a proven track record of growing operational businesses? Glendale is looking for a Regional Director to lead its East division, overseeing services across London and the Home Counties while driving business growth, operational performance, and profitability.

In this senior leadership role, you will provide strategic direction across a diverse portfolio of contracts, leading contract managers and operational teams to deliver high-quality services for clients across the region. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, securing long-term contracts, managing regional budgets, and ensuring operational targets are achieved.

Working as part of Glendale's Executive Team, you will play a key role in shaping the future business, strengthening customer relationships, championing health and safety, and supporting the continued growth of one of the UK's leading green services providers.

💼 Location: London and Home Counties, with regional travel
💰 Salary: £60,000 to £70,000 DOE, plus electric car and bonus scheme

A huge well done to Terry for his exceptional performance and dedication.

Terry recently went above and beyond while working at Liverpool QE2, taking ownership of key landscaping tasks and completing them to an outstanding standard. His hard work and attention to detail played a major part in the site achieving a 100% landscaping audit score, a milestone that had never previously been achieved at this location.

His commitment did not go unnoticed, with the client providing excellent feedback and praising the quality of the work delivered. Terry's positive attitude, initiative and pride in his work are a great example of the high standards we strive for across Glendale.
