After removing the floor tiles for MGP Kitchens & Joinery on thursday I found the previous toilet area as shown had been patched in with a layer of concrete 30mm higher than the rest of the property. Most of the time asphalt is used as a dpm for the property, this had obviously been removed, so yesterday the concrete was smashed out (nearly hitting a buried water pipe), sanded smooth, epoxy dpm installed and grip primed, then this morning levelled up to the existing asphalt surface using flex and fibre, all products used from

A lovely black and white checkerboard floor, and a diamond bathroom floor, the floor was levelled over using flex and fibre, the shower area in these blue and white metro's vertically stacked, followed by a little splashback behind the sink.
All areas fixed, waterproofed a grouted using kelmore products

Another beauty of a floor, asphalt prepared properly using a grip primer followed by flex and fibre, fully boarded out, carrier mat installed accompanied with Amber ufh.

Tiled in the stunning 700x100 planks from fixed and prepared using materials

All scribed in to the brickwork and finished off with kerrakol no31 light brown grout

A beautiful floor completed over in Barton, the floor was fully prepared, kelmore anti fracture matting fitted, followed by 1mx1m tiles from roccia.
Finished off the Grey grout, and a colour matched expansion joint. Full install completed with Kelmore adhesives, grout, silicone and matting

A stunning floor completed over in Blackburn for Liam and Elise, the suspended floor overboarded with Nomoreply cement boards throughout the kitchen, utility, bathroom, hallway and cupboard areas.
Fixed with Kelmore adhesives and 12kg of grout in the lovely sunshine.

Property in Barton fully finished, old tiles and anti fracture lifted, kitchen island taken out, anti fracture matting fitted properly and retiled in this lovely 900x900 grey matt porcelain tile from Andrews Tiles using the full Kelmore systems to fix, grouted in perflex epoxy grout.

Bathroom completed for Nick Barnes Joinery and Carpentry,
Fully waterproofed.
No tile trim, fully mitred and resin filled.
Wrapped the pattern as best as I could getting the veins to follow through even though they aren't book matched tiles.
