Our customer decided they wanted to remove their little conservatory, after years of leaks and damp they decided they would rather have a larger patio area. We’re not quite finished yet, we need to put new anthracite French doors in place of the patio doors and matching cladding to cover where the plaster has been, if only things went up as quickly as they come down 🔨

Our dormer conversion in hoghton is finished outside, just waiting on the tiling and plumbing for finished internal photos, it’s been a lovely job this one, we’ve added an en-suite to the existing master bedroom and an additional bedroom in the rear dormer.

Today’s job was raising the floor in a utility room to bring it up to the same level as the kitchen using a vapour barrier, celotex, 4x2 joists and chipboard flooring. We have also had Kenyons Roofing and Pointing with us, they’ve raised the upvc back door up to our new floor level. 🔨

Our hoghton job is coming along nicely! We have completed the insulation inside and are now waiting for the electrician so we can lay the floor and plasterboard ready for skimming, in the meantime we’re cracking on outside in this lovely sunshine ☀️ unfortunately I forgot to take any pictures 🤦🏻‍♂️ so progress photos to come tomorrow 🔨
