📍 Another Installation Complete | Lake District

Another fantastic project completed by New Lift Solutions, this time in the beautiful Lake District, home of William Wordsworth!

As part of the transformation of a once-derelict property into a stunning luxury hotel destination, we’re delighted to have delivered another high-quality passenger lift installation.

This project was consultant-led and specified, with the installation expertly managed by John White and our project team, delivering a fantastic result that we’re all proud of.

Even more rewarding is that this was a repeat appointment, reflecting the relationships and trust we’ve built through consistently delivering on our commitments.

A happy client, a successful handover and another great example of what can be achieved through good collaboration from specification through to completion.

A big thank you to John and everyone involved for their hard work and attention to detail, and to our client and the wider project team for their continued trust.

We’re delighted with the outcome and look forward to continuing our relationship with the client, working together on their next projects already planned for 2027.

Innovation, collaboration and a shared ambition for the future of the lift industry! 🇪🇸

Last week, we had the pleasure of attending MP Ascensores’ Open Day at their headquarters in Seville.

Firstly, a big thank you to the entire MP team for the invitation, hospitality and for putting together such a valuable and engaging event.

The visit provided a fantastic opportunity to explore emerging technologies, gain insight into upcoming regulatory changes and exchange ideas with fellow industry professionals, including manufacturers, lift consultants, clients and even competitors.

What stood out most was the genuine collaboration across the industry, with everyone sharing a common ambition to improve the technology, quality and standards of the lifts we deliver.

At New Lift Solutions , we believe strong manufacturer relationships are about much more than simply supplying equipment. They’re about working together, sharing knowledge and understanding the direction our industry is heading.

Our ambitions are closely aligned with those of MP, and by continuing to strengthen this partnership, we can ensure our team remains at the forefront of technological developments and regulatory requirements, allowing us to provide our clients with the most informed advice, reliable solutions and highest standards of service.

As an Official MP Authorised Distributor, we’re proud of the relationship we’ve built and are committed to developing it further, with a clear ambition to become a major UK supply partner for MP. 🦄

A fantastic few days, some great conversations and plenty of exciting opportunities ahead.

Thank you again to everyone at MP for making us so welcome!

🏡 A Luxury Home Deserves a Lift to Match!

Another fantastic project completed by the team at New Lift Solutions, this time delivering a new passenger lift installation within a stunning luxury self-build property in the Midlands.

With the homeowners personally managing their dream home project, we worked closely alongside them and their design team to ensure the lift was seamlessly incorporated into the building layout, with every detail considered from the early design stages through to installation.

Timing was particularly important on this one. Working around the wider construction programme, we carefully coordinated our installation to coincide with the final finishing touches to the property, ensuring everything was completed and ready for the homeowners to move in.

The finished result speaks for itself! A beautifully integrated passenger lift that complements the quality and attention to detail throughout the home.

Most importantly, the homeowners are absolutely delighted with the result, and it’s been a pleasure playing a part in bringing their vision to life.

Building your dream home? Whether you’re considering a lift for convenience, accessibility or future-proofing, involving us early in the design process can make all the difference.

Week 5 and things are starting to take shape 👌

We’re currently part way through a 20-week programme modernising 4 x Schindler hydraulic lifts, with plenty happening both in the motor room and out in the shaft.

The upgrade package includes Hydroware HydroElite, SafeLine Group UK autodiallers, Dewhurst push buttons and / door equipment — bringing the lifts up to date with modern, supportable equipment.

Still a fair bit to go, but great progress from the team so far 👏

Investing in the future isn’t just about building lifts… it’s about building the people who will look after them for decades to come.

Today we’re delighted to introduce Niall, who has begun his journey into the lift industry through our specialist aftercare division, Academy Lifts.

Whilst New Lift Solutions delivers new lift installations, it’s the Academy Lifts team that provides the ongoing maintenance, repairs, emergency response and technical support that keeps those lifts performing throughout their lifecycle.

By developing apprentices within this environment, we’re creating engineers who gain an understanding of every stage of a lift’s life—from installation and commissioning through to servicing, fault finding, repairs and long-term asset management.

Niall will combine hands-on, on-site experience with dedicated study days and mentoring from experienced engineers, project managers and technical specialists. That wider understanding helps develop engineers who don’t just know how to fix a fault, but understand why systems are designed the way they are and how to maximise reliability for our customers.

For our customers, this investment means more than training one apprentice. It means strengthening the knowledge, skills and resilience of the team that will continue to support your lifts long after the installation is complete.

At New Lift Solutions, we’re committed to building lasting relationships, not just delivering projects.

Welcome to the industry, Niall—we’re looking forward to seeing your career develop.
