We’re absolutely delighted to announce our membership to the Lancashire Skills Pledge, a hugely impactful initiative from the Lancashire Skills & Employment Hub!

We’ve made no secret about how much development and growth have played a role in our success, and to be part of this pledge is concrete proof of that. Rapid Deployment, Immediate Protection 🔐

Time is of the essence with any Waking Watch project. Not only are they short-term by their nature, but they’re needed immediately to ensure resident safety and legislative compliance after a Fire Risk Assessment.

Through our work with Connexus Homes, we delivered exactly that: an ultra-rapid deployment of a team of 5 officers, intelligent patrolling routes to keep residents safe, and an on-site supervisor to oversee operations constantly.

A Deserved Double Award 🌟

As part of our celebrations for John Gregory's 10th anniversary with ProFM Group, we were also delighted to present him with a well-earned Circle of Excellence award. John scooped the Executive Excellence award, and for good reason.

He consistently - and without asking - goes above and beyond in all he does. His title as our Fleet and Asset Manager only scratches the surface of what John does, and he’s someone we’re honoured to have as part of our business.
