The job consisted of.
•stripping existing tin garage roof and re felting
•new white pvc garage door
•excavation of back garden in preparation for the build
•drainage to include 2 gullies, linear Aco drains from split levels and a new manhole
•footings dug and concreted
•orangerie extension
•1 sliding doors 1 composite door, and 8 UPVC white windows and rosewood composite door slab.
•UPVC rosewood fascia’s, soffits & gutters
•new back patio flagged in camel Indian stone with resin joints, retaining walls built out of sleepers.
•plastering to new build
•plumbing work to include 2 new radiators
•internal window boards
•skirting boards and architraves throughout
•camel Indian stone driveway with a golden gravel area all Indian stone was sealed with resiblock colour enhancer
•laminate floor to match the kitchen.
