Over 3 years ago, we completed a ground floor renovation on this property

From a full ground floor renovation, extension, and garage conversion to a brand new kitchen, downstairs bathroom, and bi-fold doors this was a great project to work on 🙌

It was great to revisit and catch up with the clients, and even better to see the relationship we’ve built still going strong 🤝

Safe to say… 3 years on and it still looks brand new 🤩

The end is in sight for our Preston Road job 🔨

Everything’s starting to come together now, and it’s finally feeling like a home again.

We’ve been on this project since the start of the year, so it’s good to see it at this stage.

It’s been a big one and theres not long now until we can show the finished result 👀

The kitchen is definitely a standout feature 🤩

This customer had only ever used their single garage for storage, it had no real purpose and had become a bit of a dumping ground. We transformed their unused garage into a brand new living space.

What was done on this job 👇

- Brick tinting to match the new brickwork with the existing
- Plastering and skimming
- New internal doors
- Fully decorated

It’s always great to go back to these properties and see how the space looks once it’s been furnished and brought to life as a usable living area. This couple chose to create an extra living space, and in their words: “we haven’t left the room since it’s been finished.”

It just shows what even a small space can do to improve everyday life and the quality of your home 🏡

Take a look at what we’ve been working on across Chorley & the surrounding areas this week 🔨

▫️ Midway through the render on our Preston Road project currently matching the extension seamlessly to the rest of the property.

▫️ Another garage conversion completed and ready for decorating & furnishing 🙌🏻

▫️ Great progress being made on our Euxton project, with the external now starting to take shape using stonework to match the existing barn conversion style property.

Alongside a number of other jobs we’ve been busy working on throughout Chorley, Croston and the surrounding areas.

A great effort from the team as always 👏🏻

We’re currently working on a house extension over in Croston and have just had these bi-fold doors installed 🚪

Big thanks to Big Ben for getting these fitted 👏🏻
