A neighbour recommended Gold Seal to me, describing them as one of the best window companies in Chorley and across the North West.They have completed two separate projects at my property, both to an exceptionally high standard. The quality of workmanship was excellent, and the customer service was truly second to none.Any minor faults or issues that arose were addressed promptly and professionally, with all matters resolved within seven working days. Since then, I have experienced no further problems.I can honestly say that Gold Seal was not the cheapest company on the market; however, the level of aftercare and support they provide is outstanding and, in my view, justifies the investment. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is difficult to fault.With over 30 years of experience in customer service, I have written many reviews for different companies over the years. In my opinion, Gold Seal fully lives up to its name. “Gold” represents excellence, quality, and being first in its field—and that is exactly the impression this company has left on me.I would have no hesitation in recommending Gold Seal to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and high-quality window company in the UK.
