Hi guys, absolutely devastated that my name is being thrown in the mud. I had a client which I had to let go because I didnโ€™t think I could meet her needs so suggested she looked elsewhere for a gardener. Yes there were a few times I had to cancel due to the heat waves and vehicle/equipment breakdown issues. And due to the client demanding I do the planting for free regardless how long it would take to do I decided she needed someone else. Now an โ€˜anonymous personโ€™ is saying theyโ€™ve been waiting 4 times for me to take down a tree and that Iโ€™m not insured โ€™ let me get one thing straight. I havenโ€™t had any requests for a tree removal and if ever I got a request I would always take my brother who is a professional tree surgeon to do it and I would be the groundsman! Not that I have to justify myself.
Just want to say thanks to all my clients that have understood why I had to cancel and reschedule and still stay with my services
