This beautiful cottage had the wrong material used on it causing problems one side was pointed with nice large aggregate wood ash other side was solid plaster all hot lime

This property has had so much poor work done to it in the past so we had to do a lot to this one to make it water tight ...

This property has had so much poor work done to it in the past so we had to do a lot to this one to make it water tight we larch lap top half because of concrete ring beam and very poor block work all windows were terribly fitted sort those out bottom half hot lime mortar with multiple layers of lime cast and chimney a rebuild
